Christopher Dinger
practitioner and trainer
Since 2011, Christopher Dinger has worked for Violence Prevention Network as specialist for right-wing extremism, working with radicalized (young) adults both inside and outside of prison, one-on-one as well as through group trainings. Early on, his biggest insight was the significant role a strong relationship plays in the distancing work of politically motivated and violent individuals. In addition, Christopher also works with the relatives of radicalized people whenever possible. His experience is that this increases the likelihood of a successful change process. For several years, he has also worked as a project manager and lead trainings for professionals who want to deal with issues such as discrimination, right-wing extremism and conspiracy theories. In order to gain further perspectives and possibilities for action for his work with (radicalized) individuals and to reflect on himself and his own growth areas, he completed training as a systemic counselor and therapist (GST - Society for Systemic Therapy and Consulting Berlin). Christopher studied Health Sciences (diploma) at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and he is a certified anti-violence trainer.
